Tumlingtar is only Airport in Sankhuwasabha district at 2700 ft elevation surrounded by a breath taking panorama and takes 25 min to fly from Kathmandu. Buddha Air and Yeti Airlines operate regular flight to Tumlingtar. This flight can be worth for Everest trek also by the Salpa Pass route.
