After your arrival in TIA (Tribhuvan International Airport), Kathmandu you will meet our representative in the airport. They will welcome you and take you to the hotel where you will meet the rest of the team members. We will offer you a warm welcome dinner at the evening in a typical Nepali restaurant with live music and dance. Overnight in Kathmandu.
After breakfast you move towards airport to fly to Lukla (9,000 feet/2,743 meters). The flight to Lukla is short, scenic and breathtaking. Lukla is the entry point to Everest Region. The trek starts from today. After having lunch at Lukla you will trek towards Phakding which is about 8000ft /2438m. The trek begins following the narrow passage and ascends up to Pasang Lhamo Memorial Gate passing several shops, teahouses and chortens on the way. The trial then descends through the forests and passes by some small Sherpa settlements on the way. You can see the beautiful views of Kusum Kiangsu Mountain following the trials of Dudh Koshi River. After about four hours trek you will reach to Phakding village. Overnight in Phakding.
On the third day of Everest View Trek 09 Days you will trek to Namche Bazaar at 3440 m. The trek is approximately 5 hrs and the last part is steep up for some 2 hrs. On the way up you can see the Mt. Everest for the first time. Namche Bazaar is gateway to the Everest Region and financial hub for the people living in Everest Region. From the town itself one can see beautiful Kongde Peak and other smaller peaks.
On the fourth day of Everest view trek 09 days you will trek to Tengboche from Namche Bazaar. After walking about one hour you will arrive in Phungi Thanga from there the trail climbs through forests where you can also spot musk deer. Tengboche is located at the hill in the confluence of Dudh Koshi and Imja Khola Rivers. You can spot varieties of butter flies and rhododendrons along the way. Today you will have acclimatization day at Tengboche. It is very important since your body needs to adopt the lower content oxygen in the air. You explore the valley and visit the largest and onld historic monastery of Khumbu region, Tengboche Monastery. We can get enjoy with the beauty of the valley. We visit the Bhuddist Monastry at Tengboche, the largest in Khumbu region. The monastery holds a religious belief and known for tranquility. The monastery offers breathtaking panoramic views of the mountains including Mt.Everest. After visiting the monastery you will trek back to your lodge for overnight stay.
On the sixth day of Everest view trek 09 Days you will trek back to Namche or Monjo. The trek starts after having breakfast at Tengboche. The trek goes via the same route and is mostly a downhill trek today. You will stop at Namche Bazaar for lunch. If you are tired and cannot walk further then you can also stay at Namche Bazaar. You will cross several rivers and pass by Jhorsale village and finally reach Monjo.
On the seventh day of the trek you will trek back to Lukla from Monjo. You will trek back following the same route via Phokding village. The trial is mostly upward from Phakding. Upon reaching Lukla you can roam around the city or take rest at the lodge. This is the final day at mountains so you can cherish the view for the last day. Overnight at Lukla.
You will have breakfast at Lukla and then fly back to Kathmandu. You can cherish the snow capped mountains for the last few minutes. Upon landing in Kathmandu you will be taken to the hotel by the representatives. As you have had a very long and tiring trek you can rest at the hotel. Overnight at Kathmandu.
